The apartment consists of an open-plan space with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small storage room.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed that overlooks the sea and in the second bedroom there is a single bed and a bunk bed with two single beds, which overlook the east.
Both bedrooms and the open-plan space are equipped with air-conditioning.
Bed sheets, bath towels, facecloths are available. All linens are changed every four days. There is a bathroom with shower and hot water all day. In the bathroom there are all the necessary accessories, such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, bath sponges and hand soaps.
A small storage room is available for your luggage. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, an ironing system and a small drying rank for drying your laundry.
In the open-plan space there is the dining room that overlooks the sea and the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can find an oven, a fridge, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine for filter and espresso coffee, a toast maker, a juice maker and anything else one might need to prepare a full meal, while enjoying a pleasant stay, full of amenities!
We also offer free Wi-Fi access, as well as a free parking lot.

PAYMENT POLICY
To complete your booking you must send me th 30% of the total price in my bank in the number that i send you with e-mail.
You will have to pay in cash the rest 70% in the hotel when you will arrive!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to your arrival.
All deposit payments are non-refundable.
For cancellations later than 15 days prior to the arrival date or in case of No-Show, you will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights.
